Fees

(*) Discount fees are available for students (Master/Phd), based on a proof of status (enrollment certificate, reference letter from Phd supervisor, copy of the student card).

Fees include:

• Three-night accommodation in a single bedroom + breakfast (check-in June 11, check-out June 14, 2023)
• Social activities
• Materials required for the course
• Lunch and dinner on the first and second day, lunch in the third day
• Refreshments for the coffee breaks during the three days
  
  

Payment

The link to the online payment will be sent individually after acceptance of your application.

Payment by a sponsor: If registration fees are paid by a sponsor (university, company, etc.), please provide all details for invoicing when you apply, including the contact details of the person in charge of the invoicing within the organization.

Cancellations

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

• Cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test or sanitary constraints imposed by the French or your local government, up to June 9: 100% refund (proof requested)

Please note that refunds will be issued only after the summer school and may take several months.
